Fun with cousins

We had so much fun riding with Lisa and Adrienne a few weeks ago.  What wonderful memories we have of summers together in the little cabin.

Seems like old times!  This was the first time I had ridden with Lisa since we were young girls and it felt like nothing had changed. :)
As always, Gregg was a great trail boss, this time leading his little mule for training.

Clowards (Willow Creek)

We took a really short ride yesterday to see if the rain had helped the flowers come out up Bone way.  Well, what do you say?
My friend, Lin, invited us to go riding and we chose the place.  It was really a pretty ride, but got shortened because Kip gave out.  Mason is only 3 1/2 months away and was so hoping he would be here when he came back but something is quite wrong all of a sudden.  We had to hurry back up to the truck and unhook the trailer and Randy drove back down and picked him up.  He is pretty sick today. :(  Wish we were closer to Gregg.

Backyard camping with the Grandkids

First, Papa came by with the Mexically Train as he called it.  (It is the year of the lilacs around here and it smells SO wonderful!!!)
Hands up like a real ride at an amusement park. (more my style)
 Helping the girls make cookies

Papa cooking hotdogs and hamburgers (Aspen took orders so we would know what to cook.)
So much fun with 8 of them.  Aspen, Halli, Cannon, Caleb, Quincy, Katelynn, Elsie, and Clara.
halli did a science experiment with coke and mentos and we had quite the geyser!  Papa ran for his life but still got sticky. :)
Stories around the fire with the full moon peaking over the horizon.,

I love how they love the ragady ann dolls I made for them a few years ago.
 Sleepy time in the tent.

Clara got to sleep in her own little pod on the trampoline with us. Here, she is poking out to see the morning and singing how she loves her little blue sleeping bag.
Most of them were up by 6.  The birds woke Halli up at 5 and Cannon got cold at 5:30.
Papa made his famous hash browns and scrambled eggs for them.  Memories made and happiness all around....

Elk Meadows

We are so happy to be back in the saddle again!  We have been riding around here at least once/week but have had to miss seven of our organized rides with the "over the hill gang" and one Utah ride with Gregg and Helen!  Life is getting WAY too busy!  This is up in the mountains by Pocatello/Incom area and is just gorgeous!
It was quite cold so we ate lunch in this warming hut for cross country skiers and snowmobilers. Randy built a fire in the stove and we enjoyed lunch and small talk with our friends.

Liam's birthday

I had the good fortune of being in Salt Lake for Let's Play Music training on Liam's birthday so I was able to give him his gift and read it to him.  He is such a DARLING little guy!  As are all the Harris children, I must say.  It was great fun to be with them for a few evenings during the training.

My little Dancers

I went to the Ucon school to watch this cute little dance that Aspen and Cannon were in.  "Under the Sea".

Cannon and partner with Aspen in front.
The cute spectators.  Caleb and Clara just LOVE having Sadie here!  She is so darling with them and now she got a job in Provo. The kids are so sad to have her leave!  ( I am too!)

Fun horse time

 Isaiah is getting pretty comfortable!
 Liam on Dart.
Sadie on MoonDance and lucky boy Isaiah with Papa on Shilo.
It was so much fun taking the kids up in the hills.  Kind of windy and chilly, but fun.  Emma was a perfect passenger. :)
Wipe that smile off your faces....All of you :)
 Fun!
